My Path Here.
I’ve served as a life, leadership, and spiritual coach over the past 28 years, helping individuals align with their soul’s purpose and live with authenticity, clarity, and self-love.
I’ve been shaped by my own trauma recovery work, by participation in men’s groups, and as both a student and former teacher and coach of the transformational Hoffman Quadrinity Process. My coaching certification, leadership development, and training others in coaching skills have all added depth to my approach. Most of all, it’s the hundreds of individuals and couples I’ve had the honor to teach and coach who have deepened my understanding of how we grow and thrive—mind, body, and soul.
Overcoming my own adverse childhood experience has profoundly shaped my work, giving me a firsthand understanding of the courage it takes to heal and thrive.
Each day, I draw from my relationships as a husband and father and from my own spiritual practice—striving for empathy and insight within all aspects of my life.
My work is helping you uncover your soul’s longing, heal from past wounds, and step fully into your power so that you live your purpose and contribute to a more just and compassionate world.

With a PhD in Human Development and coaching certification from the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), certification in past life regression therapy, and trained in trauma response, I combine rigor, insight and spiritual wisdom into my work—guiding transformative and healing experiences for groups, couples, and individuals.
As highly advantaged, cis-gendered, white male, I’m committed to equity and inclusion as bountiful paths to growing oneself spiritually.
Throughout my life I have contributed to racial justice initiatives by consulting and by serving in a staff position, serving as a board member on several non-profit organizations, and by publishing two peer-reviewed articles on transformational and inclusive leadership. These reflect my belief that personal healing and spiritual growth are inextricably tied to the collective well-being of humanity.
A lifelong meditator and grounded in nature, I find inspiration in tai chi, watercolor painting, sculling on nearby McIntosh Lake, fly fishing for mountain trout, hiking the Rockies, and watching for migratory birds near my Colorado home. These experiences mirror my belief that every person, like the natural world, has the innate power to heal and flourish when aligned with their true essence.
What is spirituality?
Spirituality is about more than beliefs or practices—it’s about truly living in alignment with what’s sacred and meaningful. It involves cultivating a deep connection with the divine or Higher Power, or as I prefer, the Great, and allowing that connection to guide our lives. At its heart, spirituality emphasizes harmony, love, and authenticity—qualities that align us with our soul’s purpose.
People with a spiritual perspective often describe their sense of the Great as compassionate, forgiving, and benevolent. For them, spirituality is an internal, heartfelt journey—a way to deepen their connection to the divine and live a life of sincerity and purpose.
Spiritual practices become a way to grow the Great that exists within us and to foster unity within and among humankind.
