Follow soul.
Live purpose.
Love life.
Within each of us lives a quiet longing—often hard to name, yet deeply felt. It speaks in a subtle, sometimes mysterious language, guided by something greater than ourselves.
When attuned to it we move through life with intention—healing old wounds, embracing who we truly are and enjoying life with purpose and peace.
This work is about honoring your longing—trusting it, following it, and allowing it to bring you home to who you truly are.
Hi, I’m Chris Sansone.
My work is helping you uncover your soul’s longing,
heal from past wounds, and step fully into your power—transforming your life so that you live authentically and contribute to a more just and compassionate world.

Experiences
Well-being and inner peace are part of who we truly are. We naturally seek an enduring healing and loving connection to ourselves—and, often, we find most of the way to it on our own. But sometimes, having skilled and caring support makes all the difference.
My work focuses on facilitating my clients’ inner journeys into knowing, clarifying their soul’s purpose, knowing their pre-life mission, and healing old patterns that may be standing in the way. Whether through past life exploration, soul guidance work, or transformational coaching, each experience is designed to support you on the unique path your soul is calling you to.
In our sessions, you’ll find a space that is respectful, steady, and affirming. I offer a unique blend of psychological and personality development expertise, coaching skills, and spiritual insight—grounded in curiosity and guided by compassion. I won’t tell you what to do—I’ll walk alongside you as you further your connection with the truth that’s already within you. If you’re interested in knowing more, we can have a conversation to see if this work feels right for you.

Not all at once,
reveal your secrets to me.
Your beauty is a mystery I am very close to seeing but,
cannot yet see.
Though at times you reveal yourself
to my heart.
Why is it necessary for you
to be so beautiful, and
so secret?
